GENERAL TRIAL DESIGN

Methodology
Performance Anti-Stretch Marks cream was applied twice a day for three months. Measurements were carried out after 2 months and 3 months of use and a questionnaire was issued in order to evaluate the cream's efficacy.

Population
Twenty women who had borne a child less than two years earlier and who presented stretch marks resulting from their last pregnancy were taken into the trial. The 20 women were between 20 and 32 (mean age 26.4) and free from any skin pathology. The time since confinement was between 2 months and 22 months.

In order to measure the area and width of the stretch marks, we made an impression of them at each checkup.

The impressions were then examined by picture analysis and subjected to statistical analysis.

Area of the stretch marks
Statistical analysis of the measurements shows a significant change in area after 2 and 3 months of use.
The area decreased by up to 37mm2 squared and up to 43%.

Width of the stretch marks
