Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item:

Includes all original components, tags, and documentation
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@naturelife.co.za within the return window. Include:

The reason for the return

Clear photos if the product is damaged or defective
We will provide you with instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Return Shipping

Change of mind: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be at our discretion. Upon inspection of the returned product we will contact you directly with a resolution.
