Do I need professional equipment?

Not at all. A modern smartphone is perfectly fine. Good natural lighting — facing a window works great — and a quiet room will give you excellent results. Our Filming Guide walks you through everything step by step.

How long does my video need to be?

Between 15 and 30 seconds — no longer, no shorter. Short videos perform best on social media and they're much easier to film. Just share what you've personally experienced, in your own words.

Does my testimonial need to be scripted?

Absolutely not — authentic is better than polished. We want your genuine experience, in your own words. Film a few takes and choose the one you're happiest with before submitting.

What happens after I submit?

We'll review your video within 3–5 business days. If it meets our guidelines — authentic experience, clear audio, 15–30 seconds — we'll send you a coupon code to redeem your free 6-month product supply directly on our website.

How do I send my video — it's too large to email?

That's exactly right, which is why we use WeTransfer. Head to wetransfer.co.za, add your video and signed consent form, and send to our submission address. It's free and takes about a minute. Full instructions are in the Filming Guide.

Where will my video be used?

Your testimonial may be used on NatureLife's social media, paid advertising, website, and email marketing — but only for the specific product you reviewed. There is no expiry on this consent; content on platforms like Facebook and Instagram remains live on an ongoing basis.

Will it be labelled as a paid testimonial?

Yes — where required by advertising regulations, NatureLife will include a "Paid testimonial" disclosure. We're committed to full transparency with our audience.

Can my video be edited?

It may be trimmed and have NatureLife branding added, but your words and meaning will never be altered. You have our commitment on that.

What happens to my personal information?

Your details are collected solely for the purpose of this agreement and handled in full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Is there anything I'm not allowed to claim?

Please only share your personal, honest experience. Don't make medical claims or suggest the product cures or treats any condition. Your testimonial should reflect what you personally felt or noticed — nothing more.
